About Joe

Joseph V. Caraccia, Senior Executive Vice President has been with Jzanus since April 1997. Joe has a strong educational background having achieved a B.S. in Health Care Administration and an M.B.A. in Finance from St. John’s University. He came to Jzanus with a wealth of experience having started his career at Bradford Administrative Services (claims processor for NYS Medicaid claims) and then moving into atient Financial Service management at various hospitals. Prior to Joe’s employment at Jzanus, he was Director of Patient Financial Services at Astoria General Hospital for 10 years after a four year stint in the same position at St. Agnes Hospital in White Plains. Joe brings a complete operational knowledge of all revenue cycle processes and has assisted many of our clients with significant suggestions for revenue enhancement.



Joe has experience with operational assessments as they relate to the healthcare revenue cycle. In this capacity, he has recently developed programs to address denials, on both a clinical and financial level. Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit assists his clients with viable and successful solutions for all of their revenue cycle needs!
