About Don

Donald Barrett Jr., joined the Jzanus family of companies in January of 2022, taking the new position of Chief Revenue Officer.

His mandate will be to develop new clients in new areas outside our current service territories. We are excited to expand our exposure to the healthcare industry nationally.

Donald brings with him his 17 years of healthcare revenue cycle management and key hospital and professional relationships. Prior to joining Jzanus, Don was the VP of Sales at AGS Health where he lead a group of six regional sales directors throughout the nation. Don has also led the sales organizations of FCI, RevCare, PayMed Solutions, and Convergent.

Don has worked with organizations such as Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and UPMC to name just a few.

Don is a Cleveland, Ohio resident. Don and his partner enjoy spending time at their home in Bratenahl with their fur baby Penelope, the Pomeranian.
