Operations manager

A highly motivated and driven individual is desired for this management position. The position is responsible for overseeing a very demanding project in our company, and working closely with a group of analysts. We are looking for an individual that can take initiative to run this unit independently. Must be able to maintain control over all open items and processes that the project entails and will be the go-to person for this department.

Required skills

• 1-2+ years of Inpatient/Outpatient Medical Billing/Follow-up Experience within a Hospital or Vendor Setting_
• 2-3+ years of Management Experience in a Medical Setting_
• Computer Experienced – Excel (Intermediate-Advanced), Word

Desired skills

• Highly Organized
• Working Knowledge of Hospital Systems – Eagle, EPIC, Soarian, Meditech, Invision, Allscripts, Optimum
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills
• Able to efficiently work independently within a team setting

Duties and responsibilities

• Overseeing individual teams within the department*
• Composing and organizing data to discuss with Director of your department**
• Excel Sheets; Reporting**
• Tracking Open Items on discussion with IT, Operations & Client**
• Organizing Agenda’s to discuss with Clients**
• Supervise Staff**
• Identify and create processes that would benefit your teams**
• Weekly Meetings**
• Identifying & Reporting Trends; Analytical work*
