SMART Claims™ performs a fully automated search on payer websites and returns the claim status with line item detail. This results in the elimination of follow up on paid claims and identifies claims returned as “Not On File” for immediate investigation, preventing untimely filing. It also eliminates telephone calls and manual website searches to carriers. Smart Claim will then embed a specific actionable note directly into the client Host System to maintain the appropriate audit trail.
